Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account, buying a licence or using ZYFT, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.

Your account and licence

• A free account gets a limited set of features at no cost.
• A paid licence is a personal licence for you, for 2 PCs. To use it on another PC, remove one of your PCs from your account first.
• Do not resell your licence, and do not share your keys or your account.

What ZYFT does

ZYFT changes Windows settings on your PC, only the ones you choose. Every change it makes can be undone in the app.

No performance promise

We do not guarantee any change in frame rate (frames per second) or any other performance gain. Results depend on your PC.

Your risk

You use ZYFT at your own risk.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Where we sell

We sell licences to buyers in Canada and the United States only. If your billing country is anywhere else, the payment is refunded automatically and no licence is issued.

Other companies

ZYFT is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, NVIDIA, Epic Games or Microsoft.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. They add to, and do not replace, your rights under consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version has a date. When the version changes, the app asks you to accept the new one before you buy, redeem a key or add a PC.
